At TAO Clean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your device, you may return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure your daily cleaning routine is seamless, so we offer a straightforward process for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your TAO Clean device in its original packaging, ensuring all charging bases, brushes, and power cables are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
